Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements
Refunds or replacements are only offered in cases of:
Defective products,
Incorrect shipments, or
Goods damaged during transit.
Notification Requirement
All claims must be submitted in writing to SOLUREON within 7 calendar days of receiving the goods, accompanied by order details and photographic or video evidence of the issue.
Resolution Process
Verified claims will be handled by providing a replacement shipment or a credit note applied to future purchases.
Refunds will be issued only when a replacement is not feasible.
Non-Refundable Items
Customized or special-order products,
Clearance or promotional items,
are strictly non-refundable unless proven defective.
Returns
Returns are not generally required. If a return is necessary, SOLUREON will provide written instructions and authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Dispute Resolution
In case of disagreements regarding refund or replacement, both parties agree to attempt amicable resolution. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled under the governing law stated in the Terms of Service.
